# Connecting SkySlope

> Link your SkySlope account to Oun to sync deals, documents, and transaction data.

Connecting SkySlope lets you link Oun deals to SkySlope transactions, sync documents, and keep deal data in sync between both platforms.

## Before you start

You'll need your SkySlope integration credentials. Here's how to get them:

1. Log in to **SkySlope**
2. Go to **My Account** (not the Admin section)
3. Open the **Integrations** tab
4. Click **Generate New Key**
5. Copy your **Access Key** and **Secret**

Keep these ready — you'll enter them in Oun.

## How to connect

1. Click **Integrations** in the sidebar (or go to Profile menu → Integrations)
2. Click **Connect SkySlope**
3. Enter your **Access Key** and **Secret**
4. Click **Save**

Oun validates your credentials and connects your account.

<Tip>
This is a one-time process. Once your accounts are connected, you won't have to repeat the process.
</Tip>

## Setting up your office and agent

After connecting, Oun may need additional info:

### Agent selection

If your Oun email doesn't match a SkySlope user, you'll be asked to select your SkySlope agent profile from a list. This ensures documents and data sync to the right person.

### Office selection

If your office wasn't auto-detected:

1. Click the **Edit** icon next to the office field
2. Select your office from the dropdown
3. Save

Your office is needed when creating new SkySlope transactions from Oun.

## What happens after connecting

Once connected, you can:

* **Link deals** to existing SkySlope sales or listings
* **Create SkySlope transactions** directly from Oun
* **Sync documents** from Oun to SkySlope
* **Sync deal data** between platforms
* **Import checklists** from SkySlope (admins and TCs)

The SkySlope section appears on every deal's data page, showing the linked transaction, office, and sync options.

## Verifying your connection

On the Integrations page, you'll see:

* **Status** — Connected or Not Connected
* **Access key preview** — the first few characters of your key
* **Office** — your selected office
* **Agent** — your SkySlope agent profile
