# Accepting an invite

> Join your team's organization in Oun by accepting an email invitation.

When your admin invites you to their organization, you'll receive an email with a link to join.

## How to accept

1. Open the invitation email from Oun
2. Click the **Accept Invite** link
3. If you already have an Oun account, sign in
4. If you're new to Oun, create an account with your email and password

## Completing your profile

After accepting, you'll go through the onboarding wizard:

**Step 1: Personal information**

* Your name, email, and cell phone number

**Step 2: Role**

* Your role is pre-set by your admin (Agent, TC, or Broker)
* TC role appears only if you were invited as a TC

**Step 3: License information**

* Your state
* License number
* NRDS ID
* MLS ID

**Step 4: Preferences**

* Reminder settings
* Office (if applicable)

Once complete, you'll land on your deals dashboard as part of your team's organization.

## What you'll see after joining

Depending on your role:

* **Agents** see their own deals and can create new ones
* **TCs** see deals for their assigned agents (your admin sets these)
* **Admins** see all team deals

Your sidebar includes links to Deals, Team, and other sections based on your role and organization settings.

    Check your spam or junk folder. If you still don't see it, ask your admin to resend the invitation from the Team page.

  <Accordion title="Can I join multiple organizations?">
    Currently, each account belongs to one organization. If you need to work with a different organization, contact your admin.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I change my role after joining?">
    Role changes are made by your admin. Reach out to them to request a role update.
