If you’ve forgotten your password or need to change it, you can reset it from the login page or from your profile.

From the login page

  1. Go to app.oun.homes
  2. Click Forgot password?
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account
  4. Check your email for a password reset link
  5. Click the link and set a new password
  6. Log in with your new password

From your profile

If you’re already logged in and want to change your password:
  1. Go to Profile (sidebar → profile icon → Profile)
  2. Scroll to the Change Password section
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter and confirm your new password
  5. Save

Password tips

  • Use a strong, unique password
  • Don’t reuse passwords from other services
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, reset your password immediately
Password reset emails may take a few minutes to arrive. Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
