Deals

Check your filter settings. If you’re filtering by “Under Contract” but your deal is still “Pre-Contract,” it won’t show up. Switch to All or Active to see everything.If you’re a TC, make sure you’re viewing the right agent’s deals using the user filter.
Only admins and TCs with assigned agents can see team deals. If you’re an admin, toggle to Team Deals on the dashboard. If you’re a TC, your admin needs to assign you to specific agents.
Make sure you’re clicking Save after making changes. If the save button is grayed out, try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, check your internet connection.

Documents

The document may be locked because it’s been sent for signatures. You need to void the envelope first to unlock it for editing. See Tracking signature status.
Large files take longer to process. Wait a minute, then refresh the page. If the document still doesn’t appear, try uploading again with a smaller file size.
Field detection depends on the document’s structure. Uploaded PDFs with well-defined form fields work best. If fields aren’t detected, you can still fill them manually in the editor or use Homie to fill fields by name.
Autofill maps deal data to document fields based on field names. If a field name doesn’t match any deal data, it’s left empty. Fill remaining fields manually or through Homie.

Signatures

Ask them to check their spam or junk folder. DocuSign emails sometimes get filtered. You can also resend the signing reminder from the PDF editor or ask Homie: “Remind the signers.”
Void the envelope first: open the document in the PDF editor, click Void, or ask Homie “Void the signatures on the contract.” Then resend with the correct recipient information.
After all parties sign, DocuSign processes the completed document. This usually takes a few minutes. Refresh the documents page. The signed copy appears as a new version with “_SIGNED” in the name.

SkySlope

Double-check your Access Key and Secret. Make sure you’re generating keys from My Account → Integrations in SkySlope (not the Admin section). Keys are case-sensitive.
Verify your SkySlope connection is active on the Integrations page. Check that the deal is linked to a SkySlope transaction. Try a manual sync from the documents page.
Auto-sync runs every 24 hours. If you need immediate sync, use the manual Sync with SkySlope button. Check that auto-sync is enabled in the deal’s SkySlope settings (gear icon).

Homie

Refresh the page and try again. If the issue persists, check your internet connection. Homie requires an active connection to process requests.
Try being more specific in your request. Include the exact document name, field name, or value you want. If Homie made a mistake, you can always correct it: “That’s wrong — change the buyer name to Jane Smith, not John.”
Make sure the document exists in your deal. Ask “What documents are in this deal?” to see the current list. If the document was archived, it won’t appear in normal listings.

Account

Try resetting your password from the login page. Make sure you’re using the same email address you signed up with. If you joined via an invite, use the email the invite was sent to.
Some features (checklists, preferences, integrations) are enabled per organization. Ask your admin if these features are turned on for your team.
