From Homie chat

You can ask Homie to update deal data in plain English:
  • “Update the buyer’s phone number to 555-123-4567”
  • “Change the closing date to April 30”
  • “Set the contract price to $450,000”
Homie normalizes values automatically — phone numbers get formatted, names get capitalized, and dates get standardized.

How deal data connects to documents

When you fill fields in a document, Homie syncs those values back to your deal data in the background. This means:
  • Fill in the buyer name on a contract → it updates in deal data
  • Update the closing date in deal data → it’s available when filling documents
This two-way sync keeps everything consistent without double entry.

SkySlope sync

If your deal is linked to SkySlope, you can sync deal data in either direction:
  • Push to SkySlope — click Sync with SkySlope to send your deal data
  • Auto-sync — enable automatic daily sync in the deal’s SkySlope settings
Auto-sync for deal data is off by default to prevent overwriting changes you’ve made directly in SkySlope. Enable it only if Oun is your primary source of truth for deal data.

FAQ

The most recent sync wins. If you push from Oun to SkySlope, Oun’s values overwrite SkySlope. Be consistent about which system you use as your primary source.
