Once your deal is linked to SkySlope (or you have a TMS email configured), you can sync documents from Oun to your transaction management system.

Syncing to SkySlope

Sync all documents

From the deal’s Documents page:
  1. Click Sync with SkySlope
  2. All documents in the deal are pushed to the linked SkySlope transaction

Sync a single document

From the PDF editor:
  1. Open the document
  2. Click Sync with SkySlope
  3. That document is pushed to SkySlope

Sync via Homie

Ask Homie in chat:
  • “Send the purchase agreement to SkySlope”
  • “Sync all documents to TMS”
  • “Push the contract to the transaction system”
Homie sends to SkySlope if linked, or via TMS email if not.

Automatic sync

If auto-sync for documents is enabled on your deal:
  • Oun checks for new or updated documents every 24 hours
  • Changed documents are automatically pushed to SkySlope
  • No manual action needed
Enable or disable auto-sync from the settings icon next to the SkySlope sync button on the deal data page.

Syncing via TMS email

If SkySlope isn’t connected, you can still send documents to your transaction management system via email:
  1. Open the deal data page
  2. Set the TMS email field to your loop email or TMS inbox address
  3. Optionally set the TMS name (e.g., “SkySlope Loop”, “Dotloop”)
  4. When you sync, documents are emailed to that address as PDF attachments

FAQ

Currently, sync is one-way — from Oun to SkySlope. Documents added directly in SkySlope don’t appear in Oun.
Check that your SkySlope connection is active (Integrations page) and that the deal is linked to a SkySlope transaction. Try syncing again manually.
SkySlope has its own file limits. Very large documents may need to be compressed before syncing.
