Viewing signature status
Open the document from your deal’s documents page. You’ll see the status for each recipient:| Status | What it means |

| Sent | The signing request has been sent to the recipient |
| Delivered | The recipient has opened the email |
| Completed | The recipient has signed |
| Declined | The recipient declined to sign |
Sending reminders
If a signer hasn’t completed their signature:From the PDF editor
Click Send Reminder to nudge recipients who haven’t signed yet.From Homie chat

Voiding a signature request
If you need to cancel a pending signature request (wrong document, wrong recipient, or changes needed):From the PDF editor
Click Void or Cancel Envelope and provide a reason.From Homie chat
- “Void the signatures on the purchase agreement”
- “Cancel the pending signature request”
- Recipients are notified that the signature request has been canceled
- The document is unlocked in Oun so you can make edits
- You can send for signatures again after making changes
Completed signatures
When all parties have signed:- DocuSign sends a completion notification
- The signed PDF is automatically saved as a new version of your document
- The document name is updated with a
_SIGNEDsuffix - The document is unlocked in Oun

The reminder function sends to all unsigned recipients. You can’t selectively remind individual signers.
