If you need to disconnect SkySlope — whether you’re switching accounts, troubleshooting, or no longer using the integration — you can do so from the Integrations page.

How to disconnect SkySlope

  1. Go to Integrations (sidebar or Profile menu → Integrations)
  2. Click the disconnect icon next to your SkySlope connection status
  3. Confirm the disconnection in the modal

What happens when you disconnect

  • Your SkySlope credentials are removed from Oun
  • Existing deal links are preserved — deals that were linked to SkySlope transactions keep their link references, but syncing stops
  • Auto-sync stops for all deals
  • Manual sync is no longer available until you reconnect
  • No data is deleted — your deals, documents, and deal data in Oun remain untouched

Reconnecting

To reconnect SkySlope:
  1. Go to Integrations
  2. Click Connect SkySlope
  3. Enter your new (or same) Access Key and Secret
  4. Re-select your office and agent if prompted
Previously linked deals should recognize their SkySlope connections once you reconnect with the same SkySlope account.

Switching SkySlope accounts

If you need to connect a different SkySlope account:
  1. Disconnect the current account
  2. Connect with the new credentials
  3. Re-link any deals that need to point to transactions in the new account
Disconnecting and reconnecting does not affect your documents or deal data in Oun. It only changes whether SkySlope sync is available.
