Agent
Agents are the most common role. They:- Create and manage their own deals
- Draft, upload, and send documents for signatures
- Chat with Homie within their deals
- Connect their own SkySlope account
- Sync documents to their TMS
Broker
Brokers have the same capabilities as agents. The role distinction exists to reflect organizational hierarchy and may be used for brokerage-level features in the future.Transaction Coordinator (TC)
TCs support agents by managing documents and deal workflows:- See deals for their assigned agents (set by an admin)
- Manage checklists for the organization
- Set organization-level preferences
- Toggle between their own deals and assigned agents’ deals on the dashboard
Admin
Admins have full visibility and control:- See all deals across the organization
- Invite and manage team members
- Assign TCs to agents
- Edit organization details (brokerage info, offices)
- Manage checklists and organization preferences
- Toggle between “My Deals” and “Team Deals”
