Organizing with folders

Keep your documents organized by creating folders:
  1. Click Add Folder on the documents page
  2. Give it a name (e.g., “Closing Documents”, “Inspection Reports”)
  3. Drag documents into the folder, or upload directly to it
You can also ask Homie to organize documents:
  • “Create a folder called Closing Documents”
  • “Move the purchase agreement into the Closing Documents folder”

Folder actions

  • Rename — use the three-dot menu on the folder (note: the main/default folder can’t be renamed)
  • Archive — hides the folder and all documents inside it
  • Download — downloads all documents in the folder as a batch

After uploading

Once uploaded, you can:
  • Open the document in the PDF editor to redact information and add markups, signature, signature date, and initial fields
  • Rename the document if needed
  • Send for signatures via DocuSign
  • Sync to SkySlope or your TMS (e.g., Dotloop)
